Passwords are secrets — even from friends

Never share a password with anyone, no matter how well you know them. Let students test what makes a password actually strong.

Urgency and secrecy are red flags

If a message rushes you or asks you to keep a secret from your parents, stop and tell a trusted adult. Paste example messages into our detector and spot the flags together.

Never meet someone from online in person without a parent knowing exactly where, when, and who with. Practice recognizing this ask in a safe, simulated chat.
